Random Junk about Nothing

What is up everybody? (Rhetorical question) I'm in Savannah, Georgia, this week hanging out with my grandparents and recording ukelele songs in a camper... Yup thats pretty much it..

Heading over to some friend's house in the Alabama 2nite for movies and pizza... It should be awesome because, well, I'm awesome, right? U all know i am!! I decided to use txt talk on this post becuz it is quicker and just cuz I'm feeling a bit lazy right now...

Regularity...

I have got to start blogging more regularly... I mean I tweet too often and I don't blog often enough... It's a curious thing... But anyway 1mic Records recently signed Christ Envoy and his debut album State of Affairs came out... Listen to the single on youtube... Just search "Christ Envoy" and it should pop right up... Anyway the last two or three months have been alright I guess... Nothing huge has gone down so i have very little to update about right now except the redesign of 1mic Records website by Hunter Venters (twitter.com/venters81) from Random Panda Inc. (@PandaUpdate). Anyway I guess keep checking soundclick.com/calebbedford for new music...

The End

Sitting under a tree one day
Nothing was all one could think to say
For soon, very soon would come the day
When for their sins some must pay
But “Nay” I say it shan’t be me
Because in Christ I do believe
Believe that I have been set free
By the blood He shed for me
That day will come
Like a thief in the night
And quite possibly leave
The lost in fright
When we leave this lonely earth behind
For that particular moment in time
Will be the day when all fears subside
And each of our troubles is set aside
When we meet Jesus in the sky

What's been going on?

Well, I don't know if you are following my Twitter, but recently I have had success with my song "Oh, Kali, If U Only Knew" which climbed to #21 ad has stayed up there ever since it released. (It's a little lower now at #30, but still up there.) Also I have gotten to do some updating on the 1mic Records site http://1micrecords.webs.com (Added some vids) and I have been writing some new material as well. New stuff from a "studio" type feel may be a while away, but I am indeed working on it. More importantly I have just been having some good clean fun in the recently passed weeks. Gotta go, I smell bacon!!

'Tha Chronicles II' Mixtape

I have officially started working on a sequal to 'Tha Chronicles' and I've got all kinds of ideas rolling around in my brain. It shall be pretty incredible. The beats are gonna be better than before, and my vocals and even lyrics improved greatly. It is truly gonna be a great mixtape. Also I'm trying to get my brother (Joshua Bedford) on a track singing the hook. We'll see how it turns out...

Alabama vs. Auburn (Football of course)

It's gonna be a good game I hope. I'm in the Bama right now so I'm with a bunch of Bama fans who would love to see Bama win almost as much as they would like to see Auburn lose. Crazy, huh? As a Georgia fan, I am ttechnically neutral, but I would love to see Alabama win this thing. I want this partially because it will cheer up the day of the people I'm around and partly because they might become grouchy if Bama loses. Anyway I'm hoping for a good day, a good game, and maybe a good story or two to tell.

Thanksgiving

We started the day off with preparation for my Great-grandmother’s birthday party. Then we threw the football among ourselves. (Ourselves being me, my sister Hannah, brother who you may know Joshua, my Dad, and my cousin Peyton.) There are so many things that can go crazy with a bunch of Bedford’s in one place, but the real comedians (mostly my uncle Kipp) had not arrived yet. (When you get my Dad, Kipp, my Grandad, myself, and my brother all together in one place it gets pretty funny/crazy.) Anyway, after that it was slow for a while just sitting around and talking about random things and halfway watching a football game or two. It didn’t get exciting really until we (me and Joshua) were pushing Hannah on the tire-horse swing and we decided to try to jump on. My pants got dirty (and yes it was dirt, not something else) and so did my shirt. Then everybody arrived and things got controllably crazy. We all had good conversations and then I played “Hurricane” for my great-grandmother. She likes that song because I mention her amazing fried chicken in it. Anyway it was a good night, and a good Thanksgiving overall. I’m so thankful to have the great family I have!

Ahh! Blogging at last!

I have been bored recently so along with schoolwork and writing songs I have rekindled my love of writing short stories and movie scripts. I have just been writing mainly fantasy/action stories and scripts because I enjoy that more so than other subjects, although I have done a sports script at one point previously.
Also tomorrow we (my family) are celebrating both Thanksgiving and my Great-Grandmother's birthday. I'm playing a song at her birthday because it mentions her amazing fried chicken and she enjoys the song greatly.
Tonight should be fun as well because me and my brother are going to hang with some of our out-of-state friends that we don't get to see much, which is somewhat exciting.
Anyway that's all for right now, but thanks for reading my possibly random slightly insignificantly awesome blog.

Just some stuff...

I'm here to state random facts at this particular moment. Sorta kinda in a way you know? Well anyway I'm taking a break from recording music for a while. 'Tha Chronicles' may still release on time cuz it's finished but I'm not sure. But I'm taking a few months off... I ran 4.2 miles yesterday; not cuz I wanted 2, but my dad told me I had 2 so whatever I did it. He told me 2 but he knows I can run that far so it wasn't like mean of him or nothing really. Anyway we had a good talk during the run so I guess it was good.

New puppy & other junk

Well: I don't blog much cuz of Twitter but I'm gonna try to start doing it a bit more often... Anyway turns out we're getting a new black lab puppy. I am not really a dog person so this should be interesting. Also my music things are going pretty good. 'Hero' is on iTunes, got some songs at for free, those are doing good on the charts; so you all can check that amazing stuff out!! Anyway just wanted to blog for those with a lack of Twitter accounts. (@CalebBedford by the way) I'll tell stories and stuff right here sometimes so don't be afraid to click "follow".
